If there is one thing I’ve learned, it’s that you have to truly love yourself.
You, yes you, I’m sure you pick out your flaws and I’m sure you don’t tell yourself how amazing you are. But ya know what? You’re amazing. No lie, you’re really seriously awesome. You are beautiful inside and out and you need to figure that out for yourself. It’s time to feel good from the bottom to the top. So let’s start today, together.
Why I’m starting this journey: I’m currently a 27 year old, single & living alone, while on the hunt for a career change. I struggle with understanding where life will take me and why I can’t figure out a passion to pursue. I thought I was going into a career that I’d love, but turns out it’s not. I thought after having 2 long serious relationships in a row, I’d jump right into a 3rd, but instead it’s been 4 years of actively dating guys that don’t make the cut. I try to fill my cup, but get lost in negativity. I’m filling up my self love bucket because I truly believe that you have to be happy with yourself before other parts of your life are filled.
What you can expect: Free weekly prompts and activities that’ll help make our heart healthy and happy. Simple activities that’ll take a minute, but fill your heart for much longer. As well as more in depth prompts, that’ll require you to dig into your feelings and change your attitude for the better!
