For me, breakfast is a struggle. I’m not hungry in the morning and I don’t make it a priority to eat something that isn’t grab and go. Granola bars are my jam, but the price adds up fast and whenever I decide to make them myself they are gone in a second, because I always scarf them down for breakfast, lunch, and dessert. To avoid going through granola bars so fast, I needed a new solution for breakfast. After receiving this recipe from Sun Basket Meal Kit, I haven’t stopped making it! This overnight chia seed pudding recipe is so quick to make, delicious, healthy, and perfect for the morning. It’s not too heavy and it’s easy to scarf down while getting ready.
