Prompt 5 of the Self Love Series: Appreciate Yourself
Once a month finish the following sentences. It isn’t something you do once in your life, because appreciating yourself is something you need to continually do. You need that constant reminder and due to life always changing, doing this exercise once a month will help!
I appreciate myself at the moment because: I’m working on stepping out of my comfort zone.
I appreciate my heart at the moment because: through experiences it now knows what it wants and what it doesn’t want.
I appreciate my brain at the moment because: it gave me the words to spruce up my resume.
I appreciate my body at the moment because: it gave me the energy to make it through a fun party on a bike class.
I appreciate my life at the moment because: it’s given me so many opportunities to explore new places and do things that I enjoy.
