Fruit. It’s my love language. Seriously, I eat more fruit than I probably should. It’s healthy natural sugar, right? Right. Anyways, when I head over to the grocery store I stock up on berries, citrus, and all that goodness. Then I realize my eyes bought more than my stomach can handle and it all starts to get ripe, real quick. What’s the solution? Smoothie bowls. Oh my goodness, smooooothie boooowls. Throw all that food in a blender, toss in some protein, and BAM! You’ve got yourself heaven in a bowl.
Banana Mango Smoothie Bowl Recipe

2 frozen bananas
2 handfuls of spinach
3/4 of a mango (peel & take seed out)
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 tablespoon protein powder (optional)
Whatever your tastebuds desire, it’s totally up to you!
Additional unused mango
Put it all in the blender & blend it all up until smooth.
Add your toppings. I definitely recommend eating it with toppings and not alone. I think it tastes so much better with a little extra lovin’!
